Two gates. Same standard of vetting.
Choose the route that matches your timeline — relocation from Asia and Africa, or a candidate already based in Romania.
International sourcing
Candidates recruited, vetted and relocated from Pakistan, Nepal, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Kenya and Morocco — visa and travel fully handled.
Local placement
Candidates already living in Romania, matched directly to open roles with employers — no relocation process required.
Six commitments, on every placement.
Twelve roles, five industries, boarding daily.
We match candidates to the specific trade, not just the broad industry — for a sharper fit on-site from day one.
